Terms of Service

Effective Date: 25^th Jan, 2026

These Terms of Service (“ToS”) govern the operational execution, delivery, and management of services provided by Creative Ideator (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These ToS form an integral part of, and are expressly subject to, the Company’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms & Condition s shall prevail.

By accessing our website https://cideator.com, signing any agreement, approving a proposal, subscribing to a service, or making any partial or full payment, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Engagement & Onboarding

Services commence only after receipt of required advance payment and all necessary onboarding information, materials, and access credentials.
Project kickoff timelines depend on the Client’s timely cooperation and approvals.
Delays caused by the Client may extend delivery timelines without liability to Creative Ideator.

2. Scope-Based Service Execution

All services are executed strictly in accordance with the written scope defined in approved proposals, statements of work, or invoices.
Requests outside the agreed scope constitute change requests and may require additional fees and revised timelines.
Creative Ideator is not obligated to provide services not expressly included in writing.

3. Timelines & Delivery Estimates

All timelines and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as fixed in writing.
Timelines may be affected by Client delays, third-party dependencies, regulatory changes, or force majeure events.
Creative Ideator shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

4. Client Reviews, Approvals & Acceptance

Deliverables are deemed accepted if the Client does not provide written feedback within a reasonable review period.
Approval of any milestone or deliverable confirms satisfactory execution for that phase.
Approved work cannot be reopened or reversed without a new agreement or additional fees.

5. Revisions & Change Requests

Revisions are limited to those expressly included in the agreed scope.
Excessive revisions, redesigns, re-development, or structural changes are treated as new work and billed separately.
Strategy changes or re-alignment requests are excluded unless agreed in writing.

6. Client Delays, Pauses & Inactivity

Creative Ideator may pause services if the Client becomes unresponsive or inactive.
Extended inactivity may require re-onboarding or additional fees.
Paused or delayed projects do not entitle the Client to refunds, credits, or extensions.

7. Third-Party Platforms & Tools

Certain services rely on third-party platforms, tools, or providers (e.g., hosting, advertising platforms, marketplaces, analytics tools).
Creative Ideator is not responsible for outages, suspensions, policy changes, algorithm updates, pricing changes, or actions taken by third-party platforms.
Compliance with third-party terms and policies remains the Client’s responsibility.

8. Marketing, SEO & Performance Services

Marketing, SEO, and growth-related services involve variables beyond Creative Ideator’s control.
No guarantees are made regarding rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, or return on investment.
Creative Ideator guarantees professional service execution only, not specific outcomes.

9. Access, Credentials & Security

Clients may be required to provide system, platform, or account access to enable service delivery.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and security of access provided.
Creative Ideator shall not be liable for issues arising from incorrect, restricted, revoked, or delayed access.

10. Suspension of Services

Creative Ideator reserves the right to suspend services if:

Payments are overdue
Required information or approvals are not provided
Misuse, abuse, or unlawful activity is detected

Suspension does not waive the Client’s payment obligations.

11. Service Completion & Closure

Services are considered complete upon delivery of agreed outputs or expiration of the service period.
Post-completion support is limited to what is expressly included in the agreement.

12. Client-Initiated Termination

Client-initiated termination after service commencement does not entitle the Client to any refund.
All work completed up to the termination date shall be deemed accepted.

13. Force Majeure

Creative Ideator shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, internet outages, labor disputes, or platform-wide failures.

14. Independent Contractor Relationship

Creative Ideator acts solely as an independent service provider. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between the parties.

15. Governing Structure

All matters relating to payments, refunds, chargebacks, liability limitations, dispute resolution, and legal enforcement are governed exclusively by the Terms & Conditions.

16. Updates to Terms of Service

Creative Ideator may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
